Mary Magdalene, Red Eggs and Easter

Legend recounts that after the resurrection of Jesus, Mary Magdalene travelled to visit the Emperor Tiberius in Rome and greeted him with: “Christ has risen”, whereupon he pointed to an egg on his table and quipped, “Christ has no more risen than that egg is red.”

The egg, it is said, immediately turned blood red.

  1. I had a dream several days after my spiritual mentor died suddenly of a stroke. He was standing in front of me, smiling and then reached in and planted a jewelled red egg in my heart. I couldn’t breathe while it was happening. He then held the palm of his hand in front of the gaping hole he’d created with the ‘surgery’, and I saw it heal over instantly without any scar. Then I could breathe again. Would love to hear any thoughts on this dream. Thanks

  2. Emily, M , She who ameliorates,

Your posting of this dream here is a red egg for us all and requires no interpretation. It is complete in itself and speaks directly to the heart.

    With Gratitude,

    David

  3. While reading the post it made me wonder if we’d be blessed to experience such an occurrence again. Then I read David’s response and realized that the dream is how I’m responding to you and the red egg is the archetype that is reaching us all through this dream. Which could mean that we are being blessed with that experience again right now.

God Bless and may we all find the truth living in our hearts fearlessly. The red egg miracle heals the future.
